You can start ten new issues per calendar month. The new-issue form shows where you are — 3 of 10 projects used this month — and tells you the date the next batch unlocks if you run out.

The counter resets at the start of each month (UTC). Deleting a project does not give the slot back, since the allowance counts what you created.

Cloning someone else's public plan counts as a project, because it creates one.

On top of projects, each account gets three million AI tokens a month, shared across everything Voci writes for you: plan analysis, personalization questions, letter and petition drafts, research briefs, research chat, the local-official finder, and the daily background check on your issues.

“Tokens” here are a cost measure, not a word count, and not all tokens weigh the same — text the model writes costs several times more than text it reads. One number covers cheap and expensive work alike, so you never have to think about which feature you are spending on.

When it is spent, AI features stop until the start of next month and say so. Everything that is not AI keeps working — reading your plans, editing and saving drafts you already have, sending letters, marking steps complete, sharing, and inviting people.

Separately from the monthly allowance, individual actions have daily caps. These are short cooldowns that protect the expensive parts — live web searches and outgoing email — from a stuck loop or a bad afternoon.

The two limits produce different messages, and the wording is the tell:

“…for this month”

The monthly AI allowance is spent. It comes back at the start of next month.

“…try again later”

A per-action cooldown. Usually resets within the day — often much sooner.

Voci is available in nine languages — English, Español, Français, Deutsch, Português, 中文, हिन्दी, Русский and العربية. Switch from the menu in the header; the choice sticks to your account and follows you between devices.

It changes more than the buttons. What Voci writes follows your language too — summaries, step titles, letters, scripts, chat replies and research briefs all come back in the language you picked. Arabic renders right-to-left throughout.

Your issues and plans

What you typed, the summary, the steps, and your drafts. Private to you and anyone you invited, unless you publish the plan.

Your address

Saved once, used to resolve who represents you. Never shown on a public plan page and never included in what is shared.

Your contacts

Local officials you entered or saved from the finder. Reused across your issues.

Research and chat

Kept with the issue so you can come back to them. Not part of a public plan.

Sent letters

Who a step was sent to and when. The reply goes to your own inbox — Voci does not receive or read it.

Responses you log

Replies you paste in yourself, or your notes from a call, plus what Claude made of them. Voci reads that copy because you gave it one; it still never touches your mailbox.

Usage

Counts of projects and AI work, so the monthly allowances can be enforced.

Nothing is public unless you publish it, and publishing shares the plan only — never drafts, address, research or chat. The full legal position is in the Terms & Conditions.
